Marjan, the master developer behind the man-made island Wynn will sit on, is also a part owner of the resort.
In total, the Wynn is planning around 40 luxury stores at the project, creating a shopping district to rival Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall — the world’s largest shopping center.
Fashion Avenue is the luxury-focused stretch of Dubai Mall, where Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons runs the largest luxury Rolex fake watches showroom in the world at 9,150 square feet over three floors.

“In Las Vegas or Macau, a luxury store inside a gaming resort can do $100 million to $150 million a year in sales. That’s what we’re expecting here,” he said. “It will bring an entirely new level of inventory to RAK—unique merchandise you won’t find elsewhere in the UAE or even Fashion Avenue.”
Stores at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas include Cartier, Breitling, Omega, Watches of Switzerland, and Swiss movements Rolex super clone watches.
